MOC3041 IC – Zero-Cross Optoisolator Triac Driver IC

MOC3041 devices consist of gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes optically coupled to a monolithic silicon detector performing the function of a Zero Voltage Crossing bilateral triac driver.
